Select the video you want to upload from your camera roll, then tap the confirmation button.You may probably know that YouTube saves audio and video separately for high-quality videos like 1080P, 2K, 4K, etc. 
Tap the guide icon at the top left of the screen, then choose Uploads from the menu that appears. If you’re not signed in, go to the app’s menu and choose Sign in, then enter your details. When it’s finished, your video is available to share. Your Uploads page reappears, showing the progress of your video’s upload. Enter a title (make sure it suitably describes your video: if it is for a particular assessment, include the unit code and assessment number), description and tags for your video, and choose the privacy settings you want to apply. You can then navigate through the folders on your device to find the video you want. If the video you want to upload isn’t in the Recent videos gallery, tap Recent at the top left of the screen and choose Videos from the menu. Tap the app menu icon and choose Upload. Tap the YouTube guide icon at the top left of the screen, then choose Uploads from the menu that appears. If you’re not signed in, go to the app’s menu and choosing Sign in. 
In the app menu, choose Settings > General > Uploads, then select Only when on Wi-Fi. To avoid using up your mobile data allowance, it’s a good idea to set your device to only upload videos when it’s connected to a wifi network. You can download the YouTube app for free from the App Store (iPhone and iPad) or the Play Store (Android). If you’re recording your video on a smartphone or tablet, the easiest way to get it online is to upload it directly from your device, using the YouTube app.
Private – allows only the people you specifically invite to be able to view the video. Unlisted – prevents people from searching for the video, but allows anybody who has the link to view the video. Public – allows anybody to be able to search for and view the video on YouTube.
